Can you give us a clue what sort of time you want visiting clubs to arrive?

if you coming on saturday to camp, come anytime after 4pm and sunday morning anytime from 7am

 

do we need to pre book cars in for show & shine, or just turn up on the day ??

 

has anyone got a postcode for showground

 

whats the crack with the camping?
is there a fee? and can we have bbq's??

book in on the day for show and shine! camping free of charge, bbq's ok but keep them off the grass!

Is there a members display area at the show as I am not part of a local group but a full member of the club.

Pickering should have one how far away is Pickering?

 

pickering with loads of pubs is a about ten mins walk away..

If it keeps raining what is the chance of the show being canceled like Paxton House last year?

 

its been proper rain as well not just drizzle, although it does say Indoor arena

dont worry guys show will not be cancelled!!!!!!! we will try and get as much inside as possible, on a positive note weather forcast not to bad for saturday and sunday in pickering.
