Primary designs - recent dealings..?

Has anyone had any recent contact with them?? I've called and left my details expecting a call back and got nothing, sent emails and got no reply. Anyone had any more luck???

Well they moved 3 weeks ago, I had some pretty shonky dealings a couple weeks before and the week after they moved

Sorry for any hassle the move wasnt straight forward as we hoped, we were out of action for 3 weeks for one reason or another. And we also have alot of new guys aswell.

Anyone with any problems speak to pat on monday.

Dcb i thought you were all sorted a while a go now? Ring monday and ill get it sorted asap.

If anyone needs anything they need to call 01844 216057 as things have changed for me over the last year i dont really deal with orders now and i dont get on the forums anymore.

PD have always sorted me out in the end and they are very good to work with, and helped me o ut no end with the changes i wanted made to my manifold and downpipe,
great stuff, the weight of my manifold and downpipe is around 1/3 of any others ive lifted,

In my experience you can't beat there customer service either, pat remembered me from speaking to me once 2 years earlier- considering they deal with multi million pound f1 teams I was impressed, plus the actual service was second to none

I have nothing but praise for PD as well, Pat always seemed to go out of his way to help.

Agree, was a bit shonky but was all done and sorted in the end and I'm dead chuffed with what I got back from them
