2011 Xmas doo...

At last nights meeting the Xmas doo was discussed. Sam had previously suggested a night at the Casino of Junc 10 of M6 near Walsall. No other suggestions were made and so we propose the following:

Saturday 10th December. Night consists of a sit down basket meal and some monies for gambling for the cost of £15.00. Please advise your interest and I will update the thread.

1. Chris, Laura and Bump.
2. Rob & Lisa.
3. Gaz & Amy.
4. Phil & Viki.
5. Phil & Lynn
6. Mark & Julie.
7. Phil & Sam

hi all sam here, i have looked on the casinos web site they are offering a 3 course sit down meal with gambling after but unless we sit down at 6:30 its a 8:30 sitting which is £30 a head. they do offer a buffet deal which i thought was better but it said to ring for prices. If you let me know a rough idea of numbers i will ring. Then once ive confirmed a price and we all ok it ill book it. The booking form said we have to pay a £10 deposit. So we will have to sort this out too.

earlier the better for us due to baby sitters, we rely on the grand parents they wont have the kids over night due to health problems.

Phil/Sam, I will speak to Lee Cotton as he may be interested.

That said, can you contact the casino and get costs for 20 peeps for a buffet?

Once costs are confirmed we can book and I'll collect monies on this occassion etc etc.
