General Questions
Q: What time does the show open?
A: Gates are open to the public from 09:00 and closes at 17:00.
Q: Will there be a cash point on site?
A: No.
Q: Are credit cards accepted on the gate?
A: No, Cash Only.
Q: Is the event solely for Ford RS's?
A: Yes and No, it’s a show run by the members of and for the owners of Ford RS cars however, we have a large visiting car club contingent.
Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: No. Unfortunately the venue does not allow any form of animal/pet in the venue. (only registered guide dogs are allowed)
Q: Is there a bar on site?
A: Alcohol is not sold on site.
Q: Are there food units on site?
A: There are many food units and a permanent on site cafeteria open throughout the day.
Q: Can I bring my own food and drink?
A: Yes you can bring food and drink in to the venue.
Q: Can I sell my car at the show?
A: Yes although currently we do not have a dedicated area but this might change if there was enough demand.
Q: Will there be someone taking photos of the cars for me to purchase on the day?
A: This is still to be confirmed as we are trying to keep costs down and today everyone seems to have a digital camera.
Q: Are BBQ’s allowed on site?
A: BBQ’s are not permitted.
Q: Are there any concessions for people with disabilities?
A: Of course, please make contact with the ticketing group to discuss your needs but remember everyone at the show is a volunteer but we'll do our best to ensure you get what you need.

Ticketing Questions
Q: How can I buy a ticket?
A: Tickets will be available soon, we prefer you to buy on-line as it helps keep it all simple.
Q: Will I be able to buy a ticket on the gate?
A: Yes you can buy tickets on the gate from 09:00 but they are more expensive in some areas.
Q: Do I have to purchase a ticket for my child?
A: Entry is FREE for children aged 16 and under when accompanied by a paying adult. A maximum of three children will be granted free entry per paying adult. You are responsible for any children who attend the event with you and you must ensure that they comply with these terms and conditions. They must not be anywhere near the pitlane or on the pit wall as these are the venues rules.
Q: My tickets haven’t arrived yet when will I get them?
A: If you have a ticketing issue please call the ticketing group

Car Parking Questions
Q: Is there car parking available?
A: Yes, there is a public car park available free of charge outside the venue.
Q: Is there disabled parking?
A: Yes, there is a disabled parking area, please show your blue parking badge with photo ID on the gate.
Q: Is there any way that I can park my car in the show rather than in the public car park?
A: Yes, we sell plenty of inside parking options at a very keen price subject to venue capacity.

Visiting Car Club Information
Q: I want to attend with my Visiting Club can they display at the show?
A: Yes Please see the dedicated club link.
Q: How many cars does a club have to bring?
A: We normally don’t accept bookings for 5 or less cars. There is no upper limit but we suggest you call our sales team to discuss your requirements further.
Q: We want to put up a gazebo and banners around our stand, is this ok?
A: You need to advise us how big the gazebo is so we can fit you in and we might seek to charge you for the space if you are talking more about a marquee! You will also need to fill in the risk assessment and make sure that it is securely erected. Banners advertising your club are fine as long as they are suitable and in your area.
Q: Can we raise money for charity at the event?
A: If you are a registered charity or part of a registered charity (supply proof) then you can collect from your stand only. Anyone collecting around the site may be asked to stop and or leave.
Q: Can we sell things from our stand?
A: You are allowed to sell branded club merchandise only e.g. t-shirts, stickers etc. You must not sell anything else that is not related directly to your club.
Q: Can we sell tickets for a raffle or run a tombola from our stand?
A: No. This not allowed as these generally need licences and we do not want to face any legal questions from the venue owners.
Q: Can I bring my pet with me?
A: No. Unfortunately the venue does not allow any form of animal/pet in the venue. (only registered guide dogs are allowed)
Q: What time can I leave?
A: The show closes at 5.00pm and you may be asked to return to your stand before this time if it is deemed unsafe for vehicle movement due to the volume of pedestrians.
